From Burnout to Building India's SuperAchievers Movement
My journey from a misfit engineer to a career coach committed to helping one million young minds find clarity, mindset, and purpose.
The Struggle
Engineering wasn't my choice — it was chosen for me by family and societal expectations. Years of pursuing the "safe" path led to burnout, self-doubt and misfit career choices that took a serious toll on my physical and mental health. I had degrees, jobs, and a paycheck — but no direction.
The Turning Point
I spent 500+ hours researching how people actually build meaningful, future-ready careers. I trained as a Certified Senior Career Development Facilitator, studied global frameworks for self-discovery, mindset and skill-building. The deeper I went, the clearer it became: the system was broken — and someone had to rebuild it for the next generation.
The Mission Born
That's why the Level++ Career Hub exists — for 16+ teens, young professionals and parents who want more than marks and degrees. It's a structured path to Goal Clarity, SuperAchiever Mindset and Future Career Skills. The mission is bold: empower one million young minds to become SuperAchievers who can lead India's next chapter on the global stage.
